What makes Chris Kyle an American Hero?

Chris Kyle is the true definition of an American Hero! In the autobiography, he states that he does not think about the people that he saved, he thinks about the guys he could not save. Chris Kyle, loved his country so much that he put it in front of his family. He said that his priorities were; God, country, family. Whenever he came home from being deployed, he wanted to go back again because he felt that his country needed him to stay and save and protect his guys. Chris Kyle felt that his duty was to protect everyone overseas, because he was the sniper. Chris Kyle had several ribbons and medals. He died as an unforgettable American Hero in 2013.
